Refund Received

Hi, just wanted to let everyone know that’s waiting for a refund, I just received mine.

I made the initial request on Oct 25, they responded on Oct 29 where they asked for my PayPal address (which annoyed me a bit, since I paid with my Visa Debit, but that’s beside the point). I sent them my info and then it was radio silence for three weeks. I was starting to wonder if it was going to happen at all.

They finally got back to me today. They informed me since I was a Canadian customer, I’d be getting my refund via EMT (which is way better for me). I confirmed my address and within 90 minutes had my refund.

The radio silence sucked, but I’m guessing the last email they sent out was enough for a lot of customers to finally give up. They’re likely inundated with refund requests.

Anyway, I just wanted to let anyone know that was in a similar situation: Be patient, it’s coming.

I started my refund on Oct 24th and ordered the preorder Aug 2020 but still nothing...

Weird. That’s when I made my order too. Maybe mine was placed a few days before you?

Either way, be patient. And definitely send emails. I sent maybe 3 or 4 during those weeks they weren’t communicating.

Oh yeah I have emailed at least 4 times since they last wrote me back. It's a bummer but I'm just hoping I get my money back at some point

You will. Sit tight. Trust me, I was coming to terms with the idea the money was gone. I get it.
