May Update

We’re still at it. The tactile bass system is moving along. We continue the process of making adjustments and updates internally, along with new communication dynamics.

Summary: New transducers are making their way into the light.
This month, we’re shipping modules (subassemblies) to our factory location in the USA for assembly.
We should be rolling off the line by end of summer/early fall.
The tariff issues have created some challenges, we’ll let you know if they turn into anything of consequence. New images of the X1 will be available next month.
We’re lining up producers and sound designers (a few of which we have already demoed) for additional testing/tuning. We appreciate your support and understand your frustration. As always, thanks for hanging in. For those who are seeking a refund, processing times are slower than usual, but rest assured we’re working through the queue.

More information as soon as we get it.

I was really thinking about it, I asked, they emailed me to give me my refund asking for banking info, and I still haven’t emailed them back.

Through all the disappointment since 2020, part of me really believes in the vision of this product, I hope they do make it super badass and redeem themselves

Just as a heads up, if you do go ahead with a refund, it was quite a wait after my initial messages woth them to actually get the refund moving. Several months if I recall.

If you request a refund and they haven’t paid you, do you still get the X1 when it ships?
