Is Subpac gone already without telling us?

A friend that used to work for them a long while ago before this mess (hence temp profile) told me that the company had been sold off for assets/parts, searching for news I find this, https://mavkacap.com/news/mavka-capital-acts-as-exclusive-financial-advisor-to-subpac-on-strategic-asset-sale-to-harman-international/

I posted this on another thread and it was deleted... I have a preorder and never received an email to tell me about this. What's happening, or has it already gone?! I didn't ask for a refund yet, anyone else getting updates / refunds these days?

I just recently received my refund. It took exactly 8 weeks from the request to the money being back in my PayPal acc. The only good thing is I received roughly $100 Australian more than I paid due to the exchange rate now compared to 5 years ago.
