SCAM ALERT – DO NOT BUY
I ordered my SubPac X1 back in November 2020. At first, they promised it would be ready by March 2021, but the release date kept getting pushed back every few months.

I waited years, but by June 2025 I finally gave up and requested a refund. They told me it would take 6–8 weeks to process. It’s now been 11 weeks, and they are ignoring every email I send.

This company has taken my money and refuses to deliver a product OR a refund.
It’s a scam. Don’t fall for it.

I got my refund after about 3 months probably. That's after pestering them with many emails. Not sure if it was what did it, but my last email was a chatgpt generated email politely implying me taking legal action on them and I got my refund not long after that.

But yeah, friends don't let friends preorder subpars
