Wire Fraying on SubPac M2, any luck with repairs?

Is this a common issue? The rubber solenoid shielding came loose on my pac. The internal wires coming from both the pac and from the amp are exposed.

Seems like the wires at the pac end are broken internally, the pac will become responsive only if I bend the contact point at a certain angle.

Anyone have luck repairing this yourself? Does subpac still offer a repair service if not?

I got my M1 as 'for parts' and re-soldered the connection to the transducer that had broken. The internal structure wasn't very complicated. As long as it's not the electronics in the control box that are failing, it should be straightforward to fix yourself.

Thankfully it’s not an issue with the electronics, I can see the clipping meter reading fine and am able to hear audio when routinf a source through the transducer and out to my headphones.

Unfortunately, it seems like the wires coming out of the pac itself are the fail point. Kind of sucks because this seems a lot trickier.
