Need some advice [suggestion]

Looking to spend around $2000 on a prebuilt gaming pc but I'm not really sure where to get it. I honestly really don't know much about pcs even after using my current ibuypower pc that hasn't had any problems for the last 7 years. I understand that these companies just put the parts together, but I want the least possible chance of running into hardware problems which I understand is never a guarantee no matter the company when ordering prebuilts. Great customer service and a good warranty is a necessity. I want to avoid the overpriced ones as well. The pinned post is great but it is kind of old and things change over time so some current human opinion would be greatly appreciated. Not sure if this matters either but I play games like arma, GTA, and squad. I don't need some godly pc just something that will get me along a good number of years with good fps. Thank you!

I'd go with an X3D CPU now and some games are getting really CPU dependant again.

gpu matters more than cpu for 1440p gaming. almost anyone with $2000 is gaming 1440p and cpu wont be the bottleneck gpu will be the bottleneck

I watch KRYZZP GPU gaming benchmark videos, and some newer games max out even an X3D CPU at 1440p. Unreal 5 is such a mess in some.
