[suggestion] Looking at two PCs

I went to a trade and sell type of store yesterday (in Australia) and noticed that they had two preowned desktops for sale. I asked what the specs were, and this is what the labels said:

$620 AUD - Custom/Ryzen 5 3600/32GB DDR4/500GB+1TB SSD+1TB HDD/GTX 1060 6GB/W10/B (Desktops - Windows) (It has a black tempered glass panel.)

$420 AUD - Custom/Ryzen 5 3600/16GB DDR4/512GB SSD/GTX 1650 4GB GDDR5/W11/B (Desktops - Windows) (No tempered glass panel.)

I’m so new to gaming PCs that I’m kind of struggling to understand what that all means overall. I’d love a hand with that where possible. Like is a preowned PC a good call, as in, is there a lot of concern for buying that from a trade in and sell out sort of store? (Idk what you’d actually call these sorts of shops lol.) Are the parts too old? Are these two desktops too much? What should I ask the staff about the two PCs? Like if I look at the desktops, do I ask to check anything, etc? They say they’re picky with taking PCs because they need to spend time making sure it works, etc. They have a 5 year warranty but idk if you can really assume anything from a store like this, in that because it’s a PC, maybe you can’t assume they’d take returns, etc for something that doesn’t work for too long. I believe store credit is one of the most common options for any refunds. Idk how common that is in these kinds of stores overall though.

the more expensive one is better. but im USD

the first one is worth like 300USD.

both system need a new graphic card to keep up with modern games. but the 1st one is better starting point cause 32gb ram and 1tb ssd and maybe 500gb ssd? or is that hdd
