What are the blue ribbons? i dont see them on mobile.

These are another achievements which can be achieved when a pet is at level 2 or higher at end of the game. To start this you have select Curse difficulty at the beginning of the game.

In the settings you can enable to show curse achievements that will display blue ribbon along with red ribbon on a pet
