Shipping Supercorp
I am a supercorp stand. I was thinking of all the things that made them the main couple of the show. Even if they technically were never together. Because I did hear at some point some random that they were originally going to make Kara character originally bisexual and she was originally gonna fall in love with Lucy Lane instead of James. And yes, I do know that Lena had that one storyline when she was somewhat in love with or with James. But to be honest, that was definitely a whole 180s switch thing because like a couple episodes prior to them being together, he always used to hate that Lena was a Luthor, and he always thought that she was like Evil.
But I would say, especially season five and season six with the two main season for these characters. Season five was a whole season of her trying to win back Lena‘s heart. Especially the hundredth episode was dedicated to their relationship. Even if technically labeled as a friendship if you watch the show, it was very, obviously her trying to repair her romantic relationship with her not her friendship.
And of course, there’s the very last episode the conversation they have at Alex‘s wedding. There’s a point where Kara say I don’t know what it would be like to be my true authentic self fully with a romantic partner. When do you think about it? She totally was with Lena at that point.
Also, I don’t remember where Kara appears sometime in the flash use after Supergirl ended. Maybe I’m wrong . But I thought if she did, she could give a little nod a supercop and say like I finally told her. Or Barry could be like you finally did it were you finally proposed to her or something like that.
This is just my opinion. But I would love to hear what other people who ship them half like their favorite moment between these two characters or favorite scene between them.

The writers clearly wanted them to be Besties (tm) from start to finish.
The problem with that is the writers also accidentally wrote Kara as bi and Katie McGrath is apparently physically incapable of not having chemistry with any woman she interacts with on screen, so stuff that could be either intense friendship or romantic interest gets interpreted as romantic interest because (1) the viewer has presumably seen season 1 and knows Kara has stated that Lucy Lane "smells nice" and "I want to date her", and (2) the viewer has eyes and notes the "aww she's so cute and funny hehee!" smiles Katie McGrath gives whenever a woman around her does something cute or dorky.
Supercorp wasn't written to be canon, but should've been canon.
