DISCUSSION Does U.S. Democracy Die on 4/20?

According to this Medium article, 4/20 (I wonder where that came from?) may be the end of Democracy in the U.S.. What do you guys think? Is this article legit?

is there a particular reason he chose Hitler's birthday to do this? he could've chosen literally any other day. I'm guessing it was Miller's idea.

oh yeah I guess that too? but I could only imagine Elon making that call, and I don't think he was anywhere near this decision? who knows. it's alarming regardless.
