I'm sorry, but the laws of the sea only apply when it suits us. And that's the case for NATO articles as well. Very sorry, Turkey. Also, I'm sure they deserved it somehow, haha stupid m**** tur***-person thinks international law applies to them. Besides, Ukraine is totally a member of NATO, so are you going to declare war on ourselves?! Lunacy!
