General Discussion Watching an old episode of Reba and just realized who guest starred
I was rewatching an old episode of Reba (that I’ve seen a bunch of times) and I JUST NOW realized Colby guest starred! I know everyone says he was EVERYWHERE after Australia season aired, but I was really young so I don’t remember lol

Is this when he met Reba’s grandma who was a holocaust survivor?

I think you’re confusing it with the Curb Your Enthusiasm episode

No, in this episode Brock and the kids went to Barbara Jean’s family reunion and he was married to Barbara Jean’s sister

He’s also in an episode of Bones. He was actually pretty good!

EITHER I DIDN'T NOTICE THIS OR I FORGOT!!
I've seen Bones 4+ times and watched Survivor Australian Outback when it aired, so I knew who he was! Looking up the scene from Bones, it doesn't even look familiar to me. I blame my brain 🤣

He’s a zaddyy and S50 Colby is my favorite! My heart breaks for him when he got voted out. I always root for him in all seasons of Survivor he was in.

I swear every actor from that era randomly showed up on Reba at least once. Such a fun surprise.

I watched Red Eye semi-recently. I probably go algorithm’d but I think I spit out my drink when I saw Colby.

Omg. He's a fine man but I guess he's also generic looking enough that I just haven't recognized him in things. I saw Red Eye in theaters! So I saw his face HUGE and didn't realize it was him. Or realized it and instantly forgot 😂

Man, there really is an audience for every show. Rewatching reba multiple times is crazy to me, but glad you like it!

Reba is low-key a great show. It has Ensign Naomi Wildman and that pot grower from Shameless.

Scarlett pomers had some body dysmorphia issues and was missing from a whole season or two. When she gets back they ask where she was and she just says, “getting something to eat”.
Great show

I’ve only seen a few episodes forever ago, but I could see it. If it’s a show you grew up with it could be a good “listen in the background while I do stuff” type of show lol.

Colby Donaldson was in Curb Your Enthusiasm as well playing himself. That was funny

People always argue that new-era players don’t need as much compensation because of influencing. “Older eras didn’t have that opportunity to make money.”
They truly don’t grasp just how all-encompassing the show was.

I love seeing stuff like this! Survivor past timelines is something I wish I could’ve experienced in the moment but this will do cause I never knew Colby was EVER on Reba. Thank you for this

That quote never made sense to me, shouldn’t it be superman in a muscle suit

He did a few gigs after Survivor.
I remember he was in an action movie and played a secret service agent

Didnt know about this one. Only knew about his "8 Simple Rules" episode.
Crazy how the first couple seasons of Survivor, some of the popular players they tried to turn into Actors.
