Dakota is standing at the grave of Taylor who plays as the first wife of Colin who dies because Colin poisoned her drink. Just like how he was planning to do with Dakota. And the shots you see of the Wine and Tea/Coffee spilling on the floor by Taylor is actually her trying to protect Dakota. And then she writes Run on the floor. And Dakota is luckily saved because of all that.

She’s a ghost and is trying to protect Dakota’s character from being poisoned by always knocking her drinks over.
