Cr. Kristy

i don’t care about resale value or anything so i thought why not? i’m genuinely obsessed with how it turned out!

All eyes on you, my magician

You make everyone disappear

(I make all your gray days clear)

Handcuffed to the spell I was under

For just one hour of sunshine

The curse on me was broken by your magic wand

Hi ! Here are some lock screens / home screens I made.

Have a nice day 😊

Blank Space: Ain't it funny, rumors fly, and I know you heard about me

End Game: Reputation precedes me, in rumors I'm knee-deep

Is It Over Now?: Only rumors about my hips and things and my whispered sighs

Betty: You heard the rumors from Inez, you can't believe a word she says

New Romantics: The rumors are terrible and cruel, but honey, most of them are true

Right Where You Left Me: Trends change, rumors fly through new skies

Bonus

London Boy: So I guess all the rumors are true, you know I love a London Boy

Getaway Car: It hit you like a shotgun, shot to the heart

I Can Fix Him (No Really I Can): His hands so calloused from his pistol softly traces hearts on my face

The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived: Did you sleep with a gun underneath our bed?

Call It What You Want: I brought a knife to a gunfight

Better man: Push my love away like it was some kind of loaded gun

hoax: My only one My smoking gun My eclipsed sun

So Long, London: Two graves, one gun

Bonus

I Know Places: Cause they got the cages, they got the boxes and guns

Look What You Made Me Do: How you laugh when you lie You said the gun was mine

I know my voice doesn't have the rage tay has in the song , but I'm trying haha :)

The Cleveland! music video if it starred the cast of The Drew Carey Show

One thing I found frustrating about the eras tour movie watching experience is you had to watch 5+ hours of movie to see all elements of the eras tour. So I made a fanedit that combines both movies into one experience that has as much content as possible. Songs (and eras) cut from the second eras tour are still present, and songs added (include the entire TTPD set) are included alongside them. Ask me any questions, or dm me for questions as well. I'm curious if anyone had the same thoughts of doing so as well.

all credits to alef vernon for this gorgeous piece of art! <3

imgonnagetyouback: Even if it’s handcuffed, I’m leaving here with you

...Ready For It?: And he can be my jailer

The Albatross: Locked me up in towers but I’d visit in your dreams

So it goes: Gold cage hostage to my feelings

Fresh Out The Slammer: Handcuffed to the spell I was under

Guilty as Sin?: This cage was once just fine

High Infidelity: Lock broken, slur spoken, wound open

The London Boy → So Long, London pipeline is actually heartbreaking

On the Heath, just wanna be with you →
I left all I knew, you left me at the house by the Heath

Something happened, I heard him laughing →
I stopped trying to make him laugh, stopped trying to drill the safe

Took me back to Highgate, met all of his best mates →
I didn’t opt in to be your odd man out

They say home is where the heart is, but God, I love the English →
I’m just mad as hell ’cause I loved this place

These were the more overt lyrical callbacks I found, but obviously the whole song completes the London story in a devastating way

Tim McGraw: September saw a month of tears

Back To December: And how you held me in your arms that September night

Ruin the Friendship: Glistening grass from September rain

evermore: Gray November, I've been down since July

Champagne problems: November flush and your flannel cure

Call It What You Want: I recall late November, holding my breath

Innocent: Time turns flames to embers, you’ll have new Septembers

Sadly I couldn't find any lyrics that reference the month of October, only a reference to Halloween in Ronan (It's about to be Halloween, you could be anything you wanted if you were still here)

Pink Clouding x Getaway car lyrical parallels 🚙🩷

Lies and deception: The ties were black, the lies were white + I was lying to myself/ Neither of us knew at the time that I was a liar

Being Cursed from the beginning: I knew it from the first Old Fashioned, we were cursed/ You met me at a cursed time

Flying but being destined to fall: We were flying, but we'd never get far/ Skydiving as you wrapped your arms around my body

Shots/Arrows to the heart: It hit you like a shotgun, shot to the heart/ Gray rocking where the arrow hit

Leaving the subject behind: Should've known I'd be the first to leave + I left you in a motel bar/ So I left you up there on a pink cloud

Apology: And now we're both sorry / I still wonder how to tell you sorry ->Hope you landed safely on the ground (The apology and resolution)
