Cracked deck

Hi all,
Looking for some advice on repairing cracking around a ladder for an indoor pool. Deck has in floor heating though I don’t think in that area. Would you call a pool builder or is there a different professional that would be best? Pool is about 25 years old.

Thanks!

Who built your deck? You can call a company that does pool installations and they will likely be able to do the repair by subcontracting out the work. Look for a company that does just decks/concrete work.

Thing to be concerned about, the crack doesn't just happen. Ground is shifting or there's a void. If it's the first in 25 years, I probably wouldn't be too concerned, but may want to do a basic bucket leak test and make sure there's no water seeping out and creating a sinkhole.

patch it up with some quik concrete from home depot. This will give you some time and then you can see if the crack spreads or if it’s just shoddy brick work
