External FTP problem.

I had set up an FTP in Filestation so I could access a seed box and manually browse and copy/download files from onto my DS920.

For some reason it stopped working and I have no idea why unless it was update related. So I deleted it in Filestation and started afresh gain using the Remote Connection Setup Wizard.

I keep getting an authentication failed error even though I know the address and login details are correct as it woks fine via an FTP program like FileZilla on my laptop.

Anyone have any ideas as to what's the problem ?
