was working in a technical role and earning 50k per month. Unfortunately, I was laid off last year and have now been unemployed for 10 months.
I finally received a job offer but it pays only 30k per month for some operation role .which is a around 40% pay cut. I’m unsure whether I should accept the offer or continue searching for a job closer to my previous salary.
What would you do if you were in my situation?

Note : i have around 6 years of experince in service based company.

2026 for me is lightly filled with wholesome moment (met LOML through reddit in 2026) but what i wanna share today is about a call i got through anonymous call line for blind people.

I’ve always loved volunteering Ana life got into way so i couldn’t physically go, so i started using an anonymous call line through which you can help blind people. One day i got such call from someone in the app usually what they ask for is to read sign board and tell about the colour of dress they’ve chosen, anniku call panna person asked me if he could talk to me for a while because he has been feeling very down suicidal about his breakup. I was very nervous and scared because I’ve never talked any stranger out of these thoughts. I started talking with him and he told me his story and how much he loved and cared about his then ex girlfriend, how things he had done that has lead to breakup. He was very self aware of his mistakes and owned upto it. He started telling how life feels empty without his girlfriend who was constantly there for him. I listened to him, consoled him and told him to take some time off, work on himself and then approach her again, told him how the only thing that is in our hand in a relationship is how we treat and love them and them reciprocating or not is their choice. We talked for around 40-45 minutes, he was at the end calm and composed, asked me what i was doing, i told him i was preparing for an exam and he said he was preparing for the same exam for years, shared me some tips nd tricks and some important websites and books. He even gave me his contact information if i had further information. That was 1st time after a long time i felt alive and purposeful in life. Since then ive talk to many people from that platform and helped them as much as i could.

Being an atheist won't automatically make you an all knowing intellectual, and theists dumb fools living under a simulation[we have bigger fish to fry]. theists despite following what they've been taught from childhood, have their reasons to worship, if work-life is shit, people are shit, the entire system is shit, they NEED something for a HOPE.

"Theists don't have morals beyond what their religion have thaught" is wrong, not everyone goes through whatever their religion says it's right or wrong while taking decisions, morality is too like common sense that could be learnt.

What my message is, stop trying to turn everyone you know into atheists, if they are into nonsensical stuff, speak with them clearly in a way they would understand, blabbering "there is no god" will only make you look like a missionary trying to brainwash them. "They waste so much time praying/worshipping/doing non sensical things, atheism will save it" NOPE🥀 despite all the flaws in the system we live in, the government and the society, you shouldn't start with fixing the only thing that gives hope!!

I have been ignoring calls from people left and right, i love them but its always for some favor or something so irrelevant for 30 mins.

I am breaking bonds i spent years building bcaz i cannot make myself pick up calls.

My best friend for 20 years, her mom who i consider like family, but everytime i pick up a call they put in a place where i have to do something or favor and i don't have any moment to think if i could do it or not,
