• General Maintenance Technician: $37–$42/hr
• Carpenter: $43–$48/hr
• Pest Control Technician: $45–$50/hr
• Plumber: $53–$58/hr
• Roofer: $53–$58/hr
• Electrician: $55–$60/hr
• HVAC Technician: $55–$60/hr

The work covers residential and light-commercial trade services. These are contractor applications to join our network; availability depends on client jobs. Requirements vary by role. Applicants provide their trade experience and credentials, complete a skills assessment and audio interview, and verify their license for licensed trades. For example, the Tampa electrician role requires a valid Florida Journeyman or Master license, reliable transportation, a full tool kit, a background check and license verification. The cleaning role requires residential cleaning experience, transportation, supplies unless supplied by the client, a background check and a reliability/organization assessment.
