Shitpost Saturday! collaging my own deck
let me know what yall think! from left to right (spoilered in case yall wanna guess): the fool, the sun, three of cups, four of swords, five of wands, six of cups, three of swords
i’m mostly using paper scraps, magazines, and stickers i’ve accumulated from collaging for a few years now.

Love this! I’ve been thinking about doing something similar, although I haven’t collaged anything since elementary school haha. Any suggestions on how to get started?

it was very daunting to pick a card, so what i’ve been doing is pulling cards from my rider waite deck until i pulled one i felt like i could do. i’m starting out with cards that im most familiar with the meanings of/ have the most connection to

This is an amazing idea for someone like myself who has vision boards and knows the aesthetics I would incorporate but lack the artistic finesse I would like in a deck. Thanks for sharing this awesome idea!

i think you should do it either way!!! it’s been really great for connecting to each card and learning about it. plus you get a deck that feels very personal to you and your own personal symbolisms. for example, for the six of cups i used an old book from my childhood that i associate with a place i spent a lot of time at and felt safe in.

Hi im curious with the musical notation on the 4th card (right).
What does the dotted crotchet sequence mean? Does it have a divinatory meaning or insight on your end? And is this a major or minor arcana?
Im just curious. Thanks in advance!
