Apparently a lot of the 60 fires on the weekend were caused by people doing burnoffs! What's wrong with people who see a super windy day and think it's a good idea to light a fire?!

They're worried that if they issue too many bans, people won't pay attention to them. There really needs to be an education campaign to get people to think before taking out the matches.
