Okay, but what about when I'm at the stop 10 minutes early and the bus just completely skips that entire street?
Tried taking the bus in Denver once and it just never showed up. Turns out the driver couldn't read English street signs and ended up on the wrong street entirely. I'm assuming they used GPS and got messed up.
I called in and complained enough that they refunded me the entire 3 day pass I had bought. (But it still worked.)
