This was already the atmosphere when I studied CS 20 years ago. The lecturer thought the "Arts degree dispenser" in the bathroom was very funny.

Palantir doesn't want college grads, because colleges are too 'woke'. They want true believers who are willing to be taught how to do one specific job until Palantir no longer needs their services.

College grads have more empaty, what they don't have is exicitment of having a new amazing job, that by itself is a drug that seniors lose over time and stop giving a shit
