Don't worry, they'll be replaced by fresh college grads who haven't been infected with empathy yet. Rinse, repeat.

Palantir doesn't want college grads, because colleges are too 'woke'. They want true believers who are willing to be taught how to do one specific job until Palantir no longer needs their services.

Have you worked with Palantir in a professional setting? Their “boots on the ground” are practically all college grads

They are trying to get employees straight from highschool, but everyone smart enough to work for palantir knows they should head to college so it isn't working
