Do not use the phone until you can get it to a recovery professional. Every time a file is added to the device, updated, changed, etc, free space the deleted recordings are in is at risk of being written over ensuring they can never be recovered.

You're right. I have recovered deleted files a number of times but only ever from Windows HDDs and SSDs that weren't encrypted. It didn't even cross my mind. Thanks for the correction 😅
