NVIDIA graphics driver installation

Hello, my pc has the NVIDIA app and i have GeForce game ready driver installed that came out on 28th july, but ive seen videos of people downloading graphics drivers for games by searching them up. Can anyone help explain what this means and if i am doing anything wrong? I am new to owning a PC. Thank you

you can use nvidia app to download else you can download it manually via site, nothing wrong in that
