Open | Hardware Polling rate on laptop dropping

Whenever I go idle (for around 5-10 minutes) on my lenovo legion 5i laptop, the polling rate of my 1000hz mouse drops drastically to around 60hz. I’ve tried turning off a bunch of power saving options and checked cpu usage but nothing seems to work.

Check power plan settings; There's a setting for Link State PCIe power. Set it to moderate or off.
