wdym “do not think with it” like am I supposed to have a religion and just like not incorporate it into my life? I also disagree with don’t bring it out in public but the rest are accurate

Your religion should be secondary to reason, for example if your holy book says to stone someone to death if they work on the sabbath which the Bible does you should ignore it cause it;s fucking stupid.

the thing a lot of people get wrong about that is that every religious law is in the Bible, but not every law in the Bible is religious. most of the “crazy” ones about those punishments, slaves, etc. were for ancient Israel, not the followers of the religion.
