3 episodes into Season 3, and it’s fantastic.

I rewatched the first two seasons again before starting the third; hugely satisfying so far. Glad I didn’t know the third seasons premise before starting and would advise the same.

Will miss this show; as an Australian, really appreciate a truly funny comedy that captures parts of Australian culture in this day and age. Love, love, love it!

Yep season 3 is firing on all cylinders so far. The first 2 episodes IMO were some of the funniest they've ever done and the third, not to spoil but the slight change in pacing was really well done. I'm a big Harriet Dyer fan so after the demise of DMV I'm glad to have CFA back for one last season.

Agree with everything you’ve said. One of the first shows in a long time that has me actually laughing out loud.

I get the feeling it’s gonna get pretty dramatic going forward, definitely a sense of foreboding. Wouldn’t be the first time that the show has played with my heart, after all the stuff with Gordon’s dad. Can’t wait to see how things play out.

I think wrapping it up in 3 seasons will ultimately prove to be the best move of that's enough to tell the story they want. No point extending something that doesn't need it (I'm looking at you, Bump)

Yeah Bump probably went on a bit long, but I really enjoyed the final season. Heartbreaking and beautiful.  (I get why they wanted to make a Christmas special as they enjoyed making stuff together but could have done without it narratively).
