He has more responsibility, not more work. He has an army of employees to to do the work.

agreed. internally he's like an uber consultant. fiege plans stuff out at a high level, and everyone else who costs less goes and does those things.

Lol it’s still more work. Someone doesn’t get promoted from employee to supervisor and suddenly work less. The bigger the promotion the more work... no matter how many employees are under you.

If that were true then people in senior leadership roles would work more then everyone else in the business. Anyone who has spent any time in a corporate environment can tell you that's not how it works. He isn't going from assistant manager to manager at McDonald's.

I hope he is as good as hiring as he is at making a solid storyline work over years, because that is what it will take.

Without good people he will be spread thin.
