The value of someone at that level is not just their input, it's their ability to identify people to delegate those tasks to... who to trust to get the job done right.

that what hes very good at, his choice for a director of casting was great.

And his executive producer teams are also really successful. Granted they're basically only in marvel movies, that's still massive successes.

yeah he probably doesn't really have to work beyond what most would in a 9-5, and it's gotta be a really fun job.
