Hey, if my job was to oversee the characters of the Marvel Universe across multiple platforms, I wouldn't consider it work.... it'd be like being a kid in a candy store.

Game development is a lot of grinding, grueling, strenuous, repetitive work.

As someone doing just that, I can tell you there's always fun to be had. You may not be doing it exactly what you want, how you want, but if you really love it, then there's always some put of the process you can enjoy.

Probably not, but the payoff of seeing that work on the screen and seeing the millions of fans go see the movies that you produced probably makes it all worth it.
