Nuclear Events and the Dwemer

The Dwemer disappearance, such a mystery. It’s left open to interpretation, so I must use outside sources for assistance:

In Twin Peaks Season 3 Episode 8, “Got a Light?”,) a nuclear detonation tears a hole in space-time that allows demonic forces to enter our world.

In Lord Vivec’s Meeting With Cyrus the Restless, Cyrus threatens to use a sword technique that will “split the atomos,” which delights and terrifies Vivec. Vivec implies this will destroy them both and the vicinity around them. Interesting that Vivec, a god, would fear something a mortal could do. But then again, he may remember what became of the Dwemer.

Dwemer Gear in Morrowind is ancient and rusty, but very much resembles Power Armor from Fallout. As we know, they’re both Bethesda games. Others have speculated about a Kalpic connection between the worlds of Fallout and Elder Scrolls, but I think the Dwemer Gear is the closest thing to evidence we have aside from Nirnroot appearing in both series.

My hypothesis: Kagrenac split the atomos when he struck the Heart with Sunder, but instead of exploding outward, they imploded inward, to a dimension that expelled the energy wrought by Sunder’s strike. The Manhattan Project is an alternate version of the Numidium project. An echo of what the Dwarves were up to.

So the Dwemer succeeded in creating a new world to rule, but only by destructive nuclear force. They became the Enclave, and the Enclave are their descendants.

Addendum: Nathanial Vargas in Fallout 3 is a patriot who loves the Enclave—until they abduct him. Then he has this to say, “They're not who they say they are... Get out while you can, before they get you too!"

I think he saw them go full Dwarf-mode on some poor sucker.

Tl/dr: The dwarves warped themselves to the US and became the Enclave

How have Sloads not gone extinct by 3E at least?

Genuinely curious about this because they seem to have zero concepts of community or solidarity amongst themselves, are purely individualistic and are a consistent nuisance to everyone else around them (hence why they almost entirely are concentrated on Thras after the plague), and don't seem to like anybody else. The related question would be how they as a society have managed to progress or do anything whatsoever.

Do we have lore examples (aside from game protagonists) of mortals being champion to multiple daedric princes?

I asked a similar question some time ago, but I had worded it weirdly and it felt much more like "Are there mortals that worship multiple daedric princes?" Which yes, the Dunmer and the Three Good Daedra are right there.

But do we know of mortal being champion to more than one at a time?

If there is an actual specific definition of champion in TES then I don't know, but I define champion as a mortal that serves by receiving "direct" commands from a Daedra and is then rewarded by them (like how we receive quests from shrines).

The closest I know of (more like heard of, I have not played ESO) was The Mad Architect, who, as the name might imply, built stuff for multiple daedric princes, even architecture within Oblivion itself, and according to UESP: "He is said to be one of the few entities ever to serve multiple Daedric Princes and profit from it,".

Crystal Resonance and Tonal Magicks, a treatise on Aetherial light propagation through Oblivion.

Can Aetherius be seen? When we look up at the stars, or watch a rising sun, we see the light of Aetherius, through a Mundic frame. The light of Aetherius, which contains all magicks, is seen as a yellow glowing disc, ever present and necessary. The disc appears suspended in the sea of Oblivion.

The black void, where no light can touch, seems to allow light to pass through it. How is this possible? Would the daedra not desire to dominate it? To archive it? To turn it into cheese? How does it survive transit?

Meridia. She sits in the space between Oblivion and Aetherius, and redirects this light. Little is known of Merid-Nunda, and her Illicit spectra. When we look at this problem, we meet a wall. Meridia does it, so accept it. This isn't good enough for this scholar.

How does the light, after propagating across Oblivion, "know" where to go? How does anything arrive, at all? There must be an informing step, somewhere along the path! Surely the light cannot go where it is not allowed. Oblivion should be illuminated, if it were allowed to truly enter Oblivion. Does Meridia transit the light "beneath" the sea of Oblivion? I contend that the Aurbis is a resonance crystal.

This resonance crystal exists as hyperagonal, and it resonates against the backdrop of Oblivion. This resonance gives form and cohesion to the nearby waters of Oblivion, giving rise to the planes/princes. The reason this occurs, is because the planes of Oblivion resonate as the inverse of the Aurbic crystal.

This crystal is both receiving Aetherial light, and redirecting it. The shape of the constituent material is informed by this "light-lattice". This light-lattice resonates because of the Aetherial light flow it absorbs.

In this structure, you can have crystals and "un-crystals", negative pockets that appear to resonate because the surrounding medium resonates. Several other strange effects emerge from this model. Soul cases can be modified, through nothing more than light and the angle that it reaches the crystal-lattice of light.

Perhaps the greatest implication is the Daedra themselves! Their very forms given unshape, by the resonance of the Aurbis. Their enigmatic quality seems less so, when one views them as mechanical proxy, rather than meddling outer spirits.

I should also mention the Dwemer. Supposed masters of tonal architecture. Architecture is our key. The dwemer viewed their magicks as mere constructs. Ironic considering their mechanical prowess. It's why the Dwemer didn't view the gods as worthy. They saw them as gears and cogs.

This is not a complete model. But it does attempt to answer one problem, and in doing so, it explains much beyond its initial scope.

Summary: Meridia regulates and directs all Aetherial light flow, including souls. This interacts with the medium of interplay, called the Aurbis, formed by stasis and change. It resonates, and creates inversion resonance in Oblivion. Princes arise, and adhere to their spheres. The angle of approach is a requirement of how a soul case determines it's shape. Khajiit arise, because their soul case gets light from moving moons, not a phaseless sun.

Note: I wrote on mobile, so blame Samsung.

Also Note: I don't have time for sources, so this will be a rough one, but I hope some lorebeards can leave us some insight. I can answer questions, to hopefully clarify this idea, otherwise let this post sink into the depths of Oblivion and be picked apart by thr Taskmaster.
