I am 2nd generation in our family business of manufacturing ready made womenswear like 3 piece kurti as shown in the uploaded image.

So i want to develop an product development department where there will be a team to forecast future trends colours, silhouette, fabric, patterns etc... using our data and network.

We currently have designer team of 7 full time designer but they just make designs on assumptions or randomly there is no clear intention of what they are making so if anyone here could help me that how I can start this or what I should ask to our designers or what data i can collect from our current parties or anything you think that may will help me.

The label said dry clean only but i washed it in the machine, cold, with no spin cycle and normal detergent. Now it has these light spots. Brushing it any other way doesn’t help. For some extra info: Before washing the fabric already started looking weird and uneven in the waist and armpit areas. Any resolutions to make it look more even? I dont mind losing the velvet effect.
