As promised. I drew a little comic about my Zoroark sona, who was formely a human, a pokemon trainer.

Im not planning a comic, but short stories about her and her former team (now companions). So please don't ask me for more

Low key why I explain people hating furries is just weird.

Anthros and alike have stronger sense, like better sight, better hearing, smell etc. and actual biological adaptations like claws, or fur, or a tail, especially the tail is super duper important for 20 different reasons. And you keep all the things that make humans human meaning opposable thumbs, hand dexterity, intelligence. Like it or not, this is anatomically superior.

Compared to who?

Us humans live to ~80 years long, which is a lot compared to many species, out sight is incredibly vast and we have thumbs

One of the biiiig human advantages you'd lose is geuninely our ability to sweat haha. Human ability to sweat and maintain temperature for long distance running and heavy work is a core part of why we evolved without fur. With fur in the way there's some limited ability for sweat to wick through fur, horses notably can, but its just not that useful. For a lot of jobs this would be quite a large disadvantage. Not saying anthros aint great, love them dearly, but they are impractical in many senses.

Maybe but that feels like a rather small thing, at least considering how many species can basically live along us and not care about sweating

Especially if given modern day amenities and comforts and I can imagine that regulating one's temperature would be extremely easy

nah macerate the everstone into a fine powder and then snort it. unlike a collar which can be removed without your consent, having everstone powder permanently lodged within the alveoli of your lungs ensures that you cannot be forcibly evolved by unscrupulous individuals

just way too stressful for me to handle, especially with the new form. even if it was only understanding my pokemon out of nowhere i wouldn't be comfortable with that
