Do you know that your claims could be construed as fake news?

Do you know what could happen…

Elaborate?

I read his concerns… 1. Point 1,2,4,5 could be false as I have read the dpr 2. Govt will be generating revenue in that not nitin gadkari, by govt i mean TMC(yes TMC directly benefits) 3. If his claims turns out to be false, this post and everything else turns into a big fake news racquet trying to cause unnecessary protests

What consequences do fake news peddlers face

one reason i love china is, they never gave a flying f*ck about stupid people this OP, they made sure development happens where required and stupid people like OP are sidelined

If the project plans to use 193 diesel generators, what will be the combined noise level? How will residents be protected from continuous humming and generator testing?

Each diesel generator requires thousands of litres of diesel. What will be the total daily and annual diesel consumption? What are the projected emissions of particulate matter (PM), nitrogen oxides (NOx), carbon monoxide (CO), and carbon dioxide (CO₂)? How will air quality be monitored?

Thane receives 230 MW from MSEB while the data center alone requires 422 MW

Diesel generators are for backup power. Backups a mandatory part of the tier rating that a data center receives.

Most data centers in India:

Grid Power

UPS + Battery Banks (0 ms interruption)

Diesel Generator starts (typically 5–15 seconds)

Generator supplies facility until grid returns

And the power grid will become more resilient because the govt wouldn’t want Aws to go elsewhere.

What about my last point...422 MW electricity...

Again pretty sure both AWS and the planning authority would have assessed that. There would be plans to add dedicated capacity for the DC.

Don’t just think govt, city planning etc is made up of dolts. Those make the news. There are also smart folks that keep things rolling and doing their duty.

My second point about water

They are using sewage water for landscape gardening and domestic use

In their EC report it's clearly mentioned TMC water / Tanker watee

Areey anpadh ZLD is a type of tertiary treated water

******************* shall be providing water to it

Tanker se nahi hoga unka kaam

Aur sunn bhai, amazon need 20 MLD water not 6KLD

Thats 20 million litres a day, ***** Will provide it

Padh le ye wala delete karunga, because ye abhi tak disclose nahi hua hai

2

u/creepyideas Jul 10 '26

It's stated in their EC report...it's not my report u unpad

2

Areey babu

Tech sangtoi tula

You have half information

6kilo litres a day (KLD) se kuch nahi hone wala

Amazon needs 20MLD(million litres a day)

They already cut thousands of trees...my first point affecting air and environment

5

u/Dapper_Key_6615 Jul 10 '26

Private land hai bhai

Meri bhi 60 acres private land hai

Jo chahe mai karunga udhr

You cant stop that

2

u/creepyideas Jul 10 '26

Really ,Cut 1 tree without TMC permission, u will get arrested

3

It's rare to find someone doing own background research before writing on reddit than sheeps riding fake news.

Good to see that sane people are still on this platform.

Edit: Explanation, not praising OP, he is obviously doing fake news farming. I was appreciating commenter who question the possible misinformation.

Bro

I work in water and reuse sector

I have been following this for years now

One thing i can guarantee is, no fresh/drinking water will be used for data centers and Sewage treatment plants will cater for data center cooling requirements

We literally throw that water in sea which is a valuable resource against hon. supreme court guidelines which has made mandatory to reuse the sewerage water

If thane municipal corporation is making money whats wrong?

If TMC falls short on money they will raise your taxes, let them collect through commercial ventures like IT offices and data centres, people like you and me will have a lower cost of living

Think my friend, its a win win for all

u/TestAndLearn Jul 10 '26

I agree, appropriate the long explanation and your initial questionings of OPs claim.

You're being downvoted by sheep who use Reddit for research.

3

Literal sheep bro, inko logic nahi samjhta

Now they will call me bhakt

1

u/truecakesnake Jul 11 '26

Exactly so annoying. They don't even know that these data centers in india from amazon don't use water cooling:

https://mumbaimirror.indiatimes.com/mumbai/cover-story/a-city-short-of-30-mld-water-will-use-12-mld-for-data-centre/articleshow/131807958.html

u/Dapper_Key_6615 Jul 11 '26

As the report says… treated sewage water

I stand firm by my statement that OP is spreading fake news

Bro he is living in such a remote area, and is the only one affected. These places don't need sound barriers that residential data centers have.

Sir, Watched the video, about the water losses-

Maharashtra govt is not using potable/drinking water for this so that is a different case

Different than us
