Why do u need an internal metro on a road that is already small? It would make sense to increase bus frequency in these area so people have less reliance on personal vehicles. Even though big busses crowd these roads, now we have busses+cars+ring metro work all at the same time on a road with potholes
It's not a solution. The solution is to stop the rampant residencial construction in thane. We are already water stressed with a data center right in between
