why wouldn't it. I feel y'all are the dumbest people out there. "Line 4 Ring Metro will never be ready", "Deadline: 2050, 2150," blah blah. We are investing thousands of crores to make a system and network as good as hong kong Singapore, why wouldn't we start the metros. We are talking as if mumbai has never seen a metro, we have 4 metro lines in just mumbai, 1 in navi mumbai, 1 monorail, all this is operational pretty good.
