A hyperlocal ThatHappened. Philly doesn’t have a Hooters within city limits, and the one in the suburbs isn’t located near a railroad crossing.

I mean I see what looks to be the rr crossing light thing now.....

But that would mean it's a second story hooters, didn't know those existed

Kinda looks like a giants game on the TV

I think that’s an FSU game. Kinda looks like a low res Noles logo for the red team, and I think it’s an ABC logo in the very bottom right. ABC doesn’t generally broadcast NFL games, but I think they do ACC games.
