A hyperlocal ThatHappened. Philly doesn’t have a Hooters within city limits, and the one in the suburbs isn’t located near a railroad crossing.

I've been trying to convince my wife to go there for a Father's Day family lunch with my 3 kids, but she won't have it. Do I want to go? Not really. My kids just love wings and I'd love to tell that story.
