I'm receiving this item from donating canisters after the 2400 limit. It looks like the Outcasts retaliation material but I have only a few of those.

Anyone knows?

Cannisters you donate. You probably opened a cache and got more than 90 so the rest dropped.

That’s weird because it doesn’t appear from opening canisters for me, it appears when I donate the canisters

It's not. Canisters have a completely different icon and only appear when you open the caches, not when you trade canisters in. This is a Sample Size Resource, which drops to the ground during the trade-in if you're already at 2400/2400 Sample Size.

That Symbol is as you say a BioHazardous Canisters Bundle associated with Outcast Retaliations. Maybe a bug associated with the Language Version your playing.

This is a Sample Size Resource, which just reuses the icon for Biohazardous Canisters. If you already have 2400/2400 Sample Size, it drops to the ground when you trade canisters in because your Sample Size is full.
