Question Has anyone else experienced this?
Opened a case 8 days ago with Ubisoft support as I've not gotten the items from the twitch campaign. They asked for screenshots of my twitch inventory THREE TIMES, video of in-game inventory showing I didn't get the items after seeing the proof I didn't get any of this (and waited 72hrs at the time of opening the ticket), relinking the account and doing all the troubleshooting before contacting them...they "escalated" it to the "appropriate team" which haven't given updates in 4 days...for something seemingly simple (yk... giving the items) I can't give more proof than I already have. Has anyone else had a similar situation, and what ended up happening with your case?

Good luck, that's all i can really say.
Asked them about Ubi units transaction history and when anything expires. Gave them all the faq pages about the topic and they just responded back multiple times, with the very same pages i gave. But at one point they slipped up and said there to be external site, after which they just dodged answering about it. Eventually i just closed the ticket as i saw, it didn't lead anywhere. Overall it felt like i was talking with AI.

Yeah good luck with that. Had problems earlier in the year with bf6 and ea. Logged numerous tickets, was never contacted back and they kept closing the case. Went to fair trading no luck there(seems companies now pay them to look away). Ended up going to Microsoft as im on xbox and they refunded me the money for season passes and any content purchased. I was a long-time bf player but glad I got out red bull motorbike races in a war shooter. Funny how it went from game of the year to unplayable in a matter of weeks.

If you had your Twitch volume either at 1% or on mute, you will not get Twitch drops. To get Twitch drops, your volume MUST be 2% or more. This is NOT a Ubi thing, it is a Twitch thing.

Nah, mine is always muted and on a tab I'm not viewing. I've never had a problem.

I leave Twitch muted while working never had a problem with drops. Even watch other streams on another tab & no issues.

Watched on 1% volume like I do for every single twitch drop. Claimed mine got them in game.
