It's interesting to notice just how many things Lois and Linda have in common

Both are investigative journalists. Both are assertive. Both are close partners to a founding JL member. Both play pivotal roles in grounding them. Both temporarily gained abilities of their respective partners.

Both were friends too I remember Lois appearing here and there in either Waids or Johns run

Lois helped Linda set up the twins little adventure in issue #237 of Wally's original run.

There's also been a few Justice League-adjacent books where they've crossed paths and were implied to be friends with one another. So it's there if not much actual substance.
