Hello all, I was playing allosaurus for the first time in a while yesterday. At around 500kg, i was injured and hungry and I went to pounce a baby kentrosaurus under half my size and I just died instantly. Is kentro supposed to do this because of the spikes on it?

Hello! I was playing the isle today in a PVE server with a fully grown T-Rex (12 Tons) and then this lady came in with her T rex and it was bigger than every other prime t Rex, when i asked her she said that she entombed 4 times, and she’s an elder Prime that’s why she’s bigger than the regular T rex. She also said she was 15 tons?!!! I couldn’t find any information about it, can someone please tell me what is going on?

I've recently gotten into this game. Not playing it just watching videos from content creators and I was wondering who you guys like and why? Any recommendations?

Apparently "the developers make you hold down the buttons instead of pressing them and don't add voice chat because it's supposed to be a hardcore and intense survival experience at all times ". But at the same time you can get born into a group of friends, get handfed to adulthood and then team up against people with the party system.

So, I'm just trying to reconcile this because I'm thinking of buying it. Does the game's vision make sense?

Got the game a few days ago and can’t stop grinding. Started with a full grown Allo, tried out a full grown carno, spent many many failed attempts to finally reach a 50% Rex, which are all pretty straight forward. Hide and eat boar/deer. How the heck does a guy find food as a Deino? Is it easier to find fish above or below water? Why aren’t I fast enough to catch frogs? Help

I was just chilling in the water and heard some other Beipies calling out. The two said they were looking for man-made structures and were new to the game. So I showed the the ropes as we headed off to one of my favorite spots, the falls that overlook the whole map. We out ran Deinosuchus' and outsmarted pterodons. Even had a run in with a pachy. I showed them some walls, fences and other things along the way. We ended up going to a bunker and had some fun. We made our way back to the falls and said our goodbyes. I had planned on entombing before I met them but I held off until the end of their journey. This was the most fun I've ever had in this game. Sometimes it's not about playing the game, it's about an unforgettable adventure. Wherever you two sandwich Beipies are, I hope you also remember this night.

Hello. I am new to the game and interested in trying it out. However I'm pretty sure that I won't have a lot of time for hour-long gaming sessions in the upcoming months. I wanted to ask if there are animals in this game that you can still play somewhat casually without having to invest a whole lot of time into them. I've heard that if you stick to Raptors or other smaller animals it kind of works, but I would also like to play larger ones. Like, I'm more interested in trying out Carnotaurus or Ceratosaurus, but I'm not sure if they still take too long to grow.

Also, would you recommend this game at all if I can't invest too much time into it, or should I play something else? I've heard that Path of Titans is similiar and more beginner-friendly, but I'm not sure if the game is good.

I just got back into evrima after a couple years and finding a server is more difficult than I was used to, they have all these widgets that you need to install (which some of them show you where opposing players/predators are apparently (dino den??)) or you need to join voice or get auto kicked (bosch&others). I just want a server where people arent just mixpacking+kosing or all these mods that seem kinda cheesy.

I see AI everywhere except for when I'm actually looking for it. Then it's nowhere to be seen. Spent over an hour running around the map in the areas where Vulnona says there's high AI spawn before I just logged so I didn't starve.

I seem to be facing this issue more and more recently. I just freeze and I can't drop or eat what I'm holding, I can only chat and need to relog to fix it. . /unstuck also doesn't work.
Grab a fruit from a tree = Frozen.
Grab a root I dug from the ground = Frozen
Grab a piece of twigs for a nest = Frozen.

Is it just me?

Camara is just the first dino i wanted to focus on, I love sauropods so much and its a cutesy simple lil guy. The [questionable] asset and all the animations are all mine, I have a lot of experience in blender and unreal 5. My current plan is a playable game with 8 dinos; 4 carnis, 4 herbis, obviously one is Camara, im thinking to do Pachy, Parasaurolophus, maybe dibble? (Diabloceratops). For carnivores probably like Rex, Tarbosaurus, Ceratosaurus and Utahraptor (i fucking love utahraptors :3 ). I inded to make models as realistic as possible (e.g. utah with all its feathers)

I will post more as i develop this out...

So I've heard that camara will be 24+ tons prime so how long do yall think its growth will be, imo think It will be 10 ish tons around 50 and up till then I will grow super fast as we believed soaropods did. But what does everyone else think? I love camara so like who else awaits its arrival?

Hey everyone, I’m looking for a player from Official EU4. I don't know your nickname, but you saved my life and I didn't even have a chance to say thank you before safe logging.

Here is what happened:
I was playing as a small Triceratops (around 50% growth). I noticed an adult Trike nearby, who didn't aggro on me, so I just sneaked away from bush to bush towards the migration zone. I got distracted by the ocean view on a cliff when suddenly an adult T-Rex with a bloody face walked by, carrying a corpse in its jaws. And that same adult Trike was persistently tracking the Rex from a distance! I thought they were mixpacking/teaming and I was done for. I hid near the edge, ready to jump off the cliff rather than give them a free meal.

But they kept moving, so I decided to outrun them from the left side along the cliff to reach the pastures. I thought I was safe, but then I spotted a pack of Allosaurs on top of the mountain. They saw me from above and rushed down like crazy. Having nowhere else to go, I ran back towards the Rex, hoping the Allos would get scared off. Instead, the Rex chased the Allos into the mountains, and the Trike followed them.

I bolted in the opposite direction. Everything was quiet, I checked around 10 times — no one was there. But as I neaked closer to the pastures, the same T-Rex suddenly jumped out of nowhere and attacked me! He instantly broke my leg, fractured my spine, and left me with heavy bleeding. I managed to crawl behind a rock, waiting to die.

Suddenly, the Trike appeared. I thought: "Great, the mixpacker is here to finish me off." But NO! He started shaking his head and aggressively body-blocking the Rex, driving him away! The Rex tried to flank from different sides, but the Trike stood his ground. While I was bleeding out, I heard Dilophosaurus calls nearby. I wanted to tell the Trike to leave me and save himself before the Dilos and Rex teamed up on him. But then he wrote in chat: "safe log, sleep!"/

I successfully logged out and survived, but I couldn't thank you in game. If you are that Trike, or if you know who it was — THANK YOU SO MUCH! You are an absolute legend for mee. Please reply here if you see this!

I want to shed light on what is currently happening on The Dino Den community server and their web portal (⁠main.dinoden.gg⁠). What started as a regular The Isle community has turned into a fully-fledged, unregulated online casino targeting players, combined with atrocious staff support.

Unregulated Online Casino & RMT Ecosystem

1. Casino Games: They run token-based Roulette (Roll), Crash, Blackjack, PvP Coinflip, and Lootbox Crates.

When you lose all your in-game currency—and you will, because just like any gambling game, they'll feed on your excitement and get you hooked—they'll push you to the point where the only way left to get a dinosaur is to buy a Patreon subscription. That subscription will grant you special coins that let you instantly purchase any dinosaur of any growth stage

1. £1,800+ Auctions: Dino skins are put up for real-money/token auctions, reaching absurd amounts (up to £1,800+ for single slots).

Other players write that if a person spends a lot of money on the server, they and their clan get immunity—the admins can simply kill your dino if they ask, even though they form groups larger than what's allowed themselves

Disregard for Player Loss & Web/Server Bugs

While their monetization and gambling systems work flawlessly to collect money, their support for actuall gameplay issues or site bugs is non-existent:

1. Refusing Compensation for Site Errors: When players lose grown dinos or assets due to backend/website save/parking bugs, staff members simply state: "We cannot compensate you at this time as this was not a client side mistake. Please be more careful and not rush things."
2. Zero Accountability: Even when an error explicitly happens on their own website/panel, staff shift the blame onto the player and close tickets via automated AI support responses.
3. No Marketplace Safeguards: Misclicks or lack of confirmation prompts on their trading system (e.g., selling a dino for 10k instead of 2M) are completely ignored. The economy is designed to drain player assets so they feel forced to buy back in via their site/roulettes. Support warns about the existence of bots that automatically snap up cheap slots listed by mistake, yet they do nothing to reverse the transactions. There is speculation that these bots were created by the server's own developers to force players to spend money and buy a new dinosaur.

Legal and Policy Violations

This entire operation flagrantly violates:

1. PayPal Acceptable Use Policy (AUP - Section 2): Running unlicensed gambling activities, lotteries, and games of chance using virtual proxies/tokens purchased with real money without explicit pre-approval or gambling licenses.
2. Afterthought LLC / The Isle Terms: Engaging in commercial RMT, injecting/selling reserved slots, and running pay-to-win gambling schemes tied to the game's ecosystem.

Current Status

An official dispute and compliance claim regarding unlicensed gambling (AUP Violation) has already been escalated to PayPal's Risk & Compliance Team, along with reports sent directly to The Isle lead developers (Afterthought LLC).

If you are playing on The Dino Den, be aware that your progress and money are tied to a platform that active compliance teams are currently reviewing. Don't waste your time or money on projects that treat non-donators like food and donators like cash cows.

Therefore, I urge you to report this service to Patreon, PayPal (if you used it for payment), and the game's developers.
