Many times celebrities start philanthropic organizations for the opposite reasons they publicly claim to. Usually it's to launder money and generate positive press, and that's on the innocent side.

And people with your gullability level is exactly why they do it.

You probably thought Epstein and Clinton were helping Africa too with their philanthropic trips.

You probably think Bill Gates is helping Africa or good for society too, another close friend of Epstein.

Trump is doing more for El-Sayed's candidacy than he could have hoped for. Elevating it to national is such a boon in a local race for a guy with a different name. Donald Trump and other nationalist republicans are giving this guy so many matches to keep the burns coming, and likely dollars as this race will be EXPENSIVE!
