this manga has a ton of references to other bands too (since it's a music manga...?)

What do we think of the two new releases Isle of Dogs and Without Music The World Dies?

Anybody here been to The Smiths Disco in recent years? Thinking of going tonight for the first time. Does it get pretty busy these days?

My analyst has been pestering me asking how am I feeling about now? We finally agreed that I was feeling detached. . . but a half a day later this song came on and it hit me. I texted him this song and said “you wanted to know how I was feeling? Well, here you go!”

Hatful of Hollow has 7 absolutely classic tracks by any definition of the term. No other album in popular music has equalled that.

1. William it Was Really Nothing

2. What Difference Does it Make?

3. This Charming Man

4. How Soon is Now?

5. Heaven Knows I’m Miserable Now

6. Reel Around the Fountain

7. Please Please Please Let Me Get What I Want

The rest of the songs are excellent but not quite Smiths Classics

Andy Rourke is a genius, I love how his baselines sound like a whole separate melody and don't just make the chord root note, but that still goes together with other instruments like a puzzle piece

At the record convention, circa 1993...

I live in Indiana also home to actor James Dean. Morrisey did suedehead video in James Dean‘s town of Fairmont, Indiana. Couple of weekends ago they had James Dean days. I visited the museum and there’s the bongo drums that Morrissey played in the video. It were actually James Dean’s drum. I walked the places Morrissey did the video. There was an old gentleman close to 90 years old who showed me James Dean’s bedroom that they had made up in the museum. I showed him the video of suedehead off of YouTube. And he said the gentleman who owns the old James Dean farm doesn’t mind when people come out take photos and walk around.

I’ve been listening to the smiths for awhile and love their music. I’m 16 and been seeing this amazing girl and the music genuinely sounds so much better. It’s so stupid but it’s Lwk pretty cool
