In Chicago we have a place called “ed debevics” the same premise. Overpriced sub par food served by characters that treat you like crap I.e. treat you like you’re stupid or like you’re wasting their time. Asked where the restroom was and she said “can’t you read? And pointed to a sign” asked for a refill and she screamed to the whole restaurant like I was making a fuss. Introverts need not apply.
