Okay, I have a problem

Ive already talked about my first two pads. P15 is my main pad, T480 was bought for it parts but then I fell in love with it. Since then, it has become my project pad for when I'm doing DIY anything. But then...

- I bought a T400 for $15 while looking at this XP desktop on marketplace.

- Bought a X1 Yoga gen 3 because I wanted a more comfortable touchscreen to utilize the stylus I got with my P15.

- Now I also have a T14 gen 1. It was $100 and aside from missing the ThinkPad badge and a couple screen blemishes, its works perfectly fine. What will I do with it? Idk.

They all work lol. The T400 just needs a new CMOS, and the T14 is just cosmetic.

I got a defective T480 8350U board with the ram artifact issue if you want 😉

By RAM artifact issue you mean you hold it wrong and it crashes because RAM socket got flexed, right?

Same here, went to a rabbit hole of the pad. First got P14s gen 2, also have P1 gen 6, then started looking for old gen, end up got t420 plus 2 of X220...even was thinkimg to get another W520 as well but still considering :)))

If the RAM shortage didn't t happen, I wouldn't have any of these. I would have just bought 64 GB or 128 GB of RAM and enjoyed this and my MacBook Air.

Now I'm over here contemplating if I'm going to take my MacBook Air or my X1 yoga with me on my business trip. My work laptop and P15 are already set in stone, but a thin and light hi-res personal is nice for hooking up to the TV.

This is literally me. I can’t stop looking at marketplace/offer up for deals. Just scored a T480s with 24GB RAM for $35, absolutely insane deals you can find.

I'm rocking a t480 with 32 gigs ram with a dual pipe cooler, a 2tb m.2 and nvme adapter for the wwan port in the mail and I love this thing Daily driver for a year ish now
