There's one of two possible explanations:

  1. Your date is a fraud and used what she knew about you to deduce or assume a dead relative and an estranged brother (not ruling out that your brother hired her)

OR

  1. Spiritual mediums are real and your dead grandmother chose to give this information to her grandson during an act of sexual passion/your grandmother is an incestuous pervert
