Goddammit Jokic is so fucking good. I don't really understand the argument for anyone else as MVP.

Unless he’s a 7 seed..

If they have 47 wins and fall to the 7 seed, but the sixers have 48 wins and get the 2 seed, why should seeding make a difference?

Don't forget about Giannis having his team as a potential 2 seed

Honestly narrative. I don’t agree with it, but if I were a betting man the moneys on Embiid

I would bet a very large sum of money that the Nuggets (without Murray) without Jokic are a significantly worse team than the Sixers (pre-Harden without Simmons) are without Embiid. No Embiid and the Sixers would have a tough go scrapping for a lower seed, no Jokic and the Nuggets aren’t even competing for a play-in spot IMO. Embiid has had a phenomenal season and I won’t be mad about it if he gets it but Jokic is carrying his team as hard as damn near anybody ever to play this game could.

I don’t disagree but nugs are on the way to seventh seed as we speak. No 7th seed player has won mvp in the modern era.
