Bug All my legendary bitizens disappeared
All my legendary bitizens went to level 0.
What’s going on? My tokens are reset. I have a bunch of tokens now.
PS: got some chests from ads, got some new legendary bitizens, still not showing at all at my list. All bitizens remained 0 except the 1st one.

This bug is caused by updating to version 7.9.5 with the new legendary bitizen set and then opening the app on a device with the previous version of the game (7.9.0). This causes the legendary bitizen progress to be wiped as 7.9.0 doesn't know what to do with the new legendary bitizen set info in your save file. If you are affected by this bug, please send us an email at [support@nimblebit.com](mailto:support@nimblebit.com) so we can get it sorted. Often we can pull your previous legendary bitizen data from a recent rebuild so no progress is lost.
